Iran and the United States held further negotiations on Saturday in Oman over the Iranian regime's nuclear program.

According to the Associated Press, a source close to U.S. Mideast envoy Steve Witkoff confirmed that Saturday's meeting was underway in Muscat.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is leading the Iran delegation during the talks.

Specifics about the latest meeting have not yet been revealed but the talks are expected to focus on Iran's enrichment of uranium, according to reports.

Prior to the Iran meeting, Witkoff met with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss a potential peace deal with Ukraine.
