Activist Robby Starbuck, who led multiple boycotts against companies and corporations pushing diversity, equity and inclusion policies, recently started working for the Heritage Foundation as a visiting fellow to continue encouraging the removal of such policies.

Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Harley Davidson, John Deere, Jack Daniels, Walmart and many other companies got rid of their DEI policies after Starbuck, the Daily Wire host Matt Walsh, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, America First Legal founder Stephen Miller and others urged Americans to boycott the policies of the companies.

"I am thrilled to join The Heritage Foundation to help lead the charge in pushing back against the dangerous rise of woke DEI and ESG policies that undermine American values,” Starbuck said

Starbuck told the Daily Wire that he would lead the foundation's capital markets initiative, which would encourage companies to prioritize ethics and merit by dropping "harmful initiatives," such as DEI.

"It’s time to restore common sense and accountability to the workplace, and I’m excited to continue to lead that movement from Heritage," he said.

Andrew Olivastro, the foundation’s chief advancement officer, celebrated Starbuck joining the team, calling him a "trailblazer for our time" and noting that "we are thrilled he is joining us at Heritage."

"Our combined efforts will both set the agenda for the business community and save the private sector for future prosperity," he also said.

John Backiel, vice president of finance and accounting at Heritage, shared Olivastro's sentiment.

"Heritage and our allies won’t stop until we break the imminent tyranny of a technocratic modern state and its corporate satellites stripping ordinary people of their God-given individual sovereignty," he said.
