The Dow Jones Industrial Average on Thursday suffered another 1,000-point loss, marking another twist during a tumultuous week for the stock market over President Donald Trump's tariffs.

The stock market has primarily seen a decline over the past week, after Trump announced steep tariffs on some of the U.S.'s trading partners. But it saw an increase on Wednesday after the president paused some of those tariffs for 90 days.

The Dow closed on Thursday with an over 1,000-point (2.5%) loss, while the S&P 500 fell 3.4% at the end of trading, and the Nasdaq Composite fell 4.3%, according to Fox Business.
