Russia enters discussions with UN to potentially extend grain deal

According to the Ukraine Ministry of Infrastructure, top United Nations officials are in discussions with a senior Russian delegation in Geneva to discuss extending a Black Sea grain export deal. The current deal could expire on November 19th.
