Most voters think President Biden isn't making all of the decisions in the White House, according to the results of a new Rasmussen Reports poll released on Thursday.
A majority of voters surveyed said that others are making decisions for President Biden behind the scenes.
The telephone and online survey was conducted July 7-9 and included 1,103 likely voters.
According to the poll results, 52% of likely voters think "others are making decisions for Biden behind the scenes" while 10% are not sure.
The survey also found that 38% of likely voters think Biden is "doing the job of president," which is down from 40% one year ago.
