Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley will speak at the Republican National Convention, which kicks off on Monday in Milwaukee.

Haley ran for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination. She was the last candidate to drop out of the race. Haley did not publicly endorse former President Trump at the time. About two months later, she said she planned to vote for him.

Trump reportedly called Haley and asked her to speak at the convention. The call was made after Trump survived an assassination attempt at his rally in Butler, Pa., according to reports.

Haley, a former governor of the South Carolina, is scheduled to deliver her remarks on Tuesday.
