Johnson formally invites Trump to deliver joint address to Congress on March 4

House Speaker Mike Johnson on Saturday sent a letter President Trump to formally invite him to deliver the first joint address to Congress of his second term on Tuesday, March 4.
"Dear Mr. President, America’s Golden Age has begun," Johnson wrote.
"Your administration and the 119th Congress working together have the chance to make these next four years some of the most consequential in our nation’s history," he added.
Johsnon said he looks forward to Trump sharing his "America First vision for our legislative future."
