NASA announces partnership with Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin for Artemis lunar lander mission
Jeff Bezos’ space company Blue Origin was awarded a contract from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to develop a crewed lunar lander for the agency’s Artemis program. NASA Administrator Bill Nelson announced the $7 billion contract at a press briefing Friday. Artemis V plans to transport astronauts to and from the lunar space station as soon as 2029.
