Gentry Collins: 11/12 of all US federal regulations were instated during the last 25 years

Gentry Collins, former political director for the Republican National Committee, says when President Bill Clinton gave his 1996 speech declaring the end of the big government era, there were approximately 9,200 federal regulations in place. “Today there are something approaching 120,000 federal regulations on the books,” he says.
