FTC and DOJ unveil new corporate merger guidelines
The Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department released new draft updates to the nation’s merger guidelines Wednesday. The latest proposals signal a major shift in how the government identifies and regulates corporate deals it believes are anti-competitive. The general public will have until September 18 to weigh in on the draft updates.
