Dow posts third straight day of gains

The Dow's move marked the index's third-straight-day of gains, following Thursday's 1,800-point selloff.
Markets reacted Tuesday to news that retail and food services sales increased 17.7% in May, the largest monthly increase on record.
Trial results indicated that a drug called dexamethasone may be useful in treating very sick COVID-19 patients, according to CNBC. The outlet also noted that Bloomberg News reported that the Trump administration is working on an infrastructure proposal.
