Michigan lawyer DePerno calls report related to Dominion Voting System 'explosive'

Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno is calling a forensics report released Monday related to the Dominion Voting System and the state's Antrim County "explosive."

DePerno, who is representing an Antrim County voter in a lawsuit to which the forensic audit is connected, made the comment during an interview with journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

He also said the report demonstrates that Dominion Voting System is "designed to corrupt the election process." 

The diagnostic report was conducted for DePero and his client by Texas-based Allied Security Operations Group LLC.

The 23-page report states the Antrim County's election results should not have been certified and that the Dominion system should not be used in the state. 

"We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results," the report states.

"The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors," the report also states. "The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified."
