Swiss pharmaceuticals company Roche has announced it wil invest $50 billion in the U.S. over the next five years.

Roche's products include cancer medicines and treatments for multiple sclerosis. The investment announced Monday will also create 12,000 jobs, according to The Associated Press.

The new manufacturing facilities will be in California, Indiana, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

The announcement comes after President Donald Trump encouraged foreign businesses to invest in the U.S.

“Today’s announced investments underscore our longstanding commitment to research, development and manufacturing in the U.S.,” Roche CEO Thomas Schinecker said in a statement.

Roshe currently employs 25,000 people and has 13 manufacturing sites in the U.S.
