Baldwin reportedly facing another suit by family of cinematographer killed on 'Rust' set
The new lawsuit comes less than two weeks after a New Mexico district attorney filed felony involuntary manslaughter charges against Baldwin.
The family of deceased "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is preparing to file another lawsuit against actor Alec Baldwin over her being accident shot while making the movie.
Attorney Gloria Allred, known for her handling of high-profile sexual misconduct cases, is representing Hutchins' parents and sister and is expected to hold a press conference Thursday afternoon to announce the suit, Fox News reported.
Baldwin had already settled with Hutchins' widow, Matthew Hutchins, in October for an undisclosed sum one year after a bullet fired from a gun the actor was holding on the set of the western film "Rust," killing Hutchins.
The new lawsuit comes less than two weeks after a New Mexico district attorney filed felony involuntary manslaughter charges against Baldwin, who has pledged to fight the charges.
