Member of the Israeli Knesset slams ICC for comparing Netanyahu to Hamas
Rothman explained that Israel is defending itself in the ongoing war with Hamas, despite the mainstream media narrative.
Member of the Israeli Knesset, Constitution, Law and Justice Committee Chairman Simcha Rothman slammed the International Criminal Court for comparing Israel's president Benjamin Netanyahu to Hamas.
This comes after footage was released of female IDF personnel kidnapped by Hamas lined up against a wall, with some bruised and bloody, according to CNN.
"There is no other country in the world that ever was keeping so low numbers of collateral damage of civilian casualties, and still to say that Israel is on the same scale like the terrorist organization Hamas... this is the most immoral thing someone can think about," Rothman said on the Wednesday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show.
"This is aiding and abetting a terrorist organization," he continued.
Karim Khan, a prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, announced Monday that he would be seeking arrest warrants for Netanyahu and leaders of Hamas.
U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken condemned the actions of the ICC, saying it was "shameful."
