Man injured after Russian missiles target Mykolaiv, officials say

One man was injured after Russian shelling damaged several residential apartment buildings in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, on Sunday, October 23. The city’s mayor, Oleksandr Sienkovych, said S-300 missiles hit a five-story apartment building. A nearby 10-story residential building, heat pipe, children’s playground, and several parked cars were also damaged in the strike, Ukraine’s Operational Command South said.
