At least four dead following attack on residential building in Kyiv

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said four people had died following an attack on a residential building in Kyiv, Ukraine, on Monday, October 17. Kyiv’s mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that search and rescue operations are ongoing, and three people had been hospitalized following the attack.
