Defense Analyst predicts Crimea will become a focus for Ukraine in war against Russia

Malcolm Davis, Senior Analyst in Defense Strategy and Capability at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, told CNN on Monday that the Russian invasion of Ukraine is “nowhere near” ending. Davis said he believes the war will come to focus on Ukraine’s ability to take back Crimea in 2024 while Russia continues escalating threats of nuclear retaliation.
