Milo Yiannopoulos departs nascent Kanye West campaign after issuing $116k bill: Report

Provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos and rapper Kanye West have reportedly parted ways on the latter's purported presidential campaign after Yiannopoulos issued a six-figure bill for his consultation services. 

Yiannopoulos had last month been seen with West amid claims by the musician that he was launching a bid for the White House in 2024. Yiannopoulos last month told NBC News that he brought an inflammatory white supremacist and Holocaust denier to a dinner with West at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home—a dinner that resulted in major controversy for Trump—in order to "send a message" to Trump himself. 

Yet Yiannopoulos has reportedly ended his involvement with West's nascent campaign, with TMZ reporting that it had "obtained an invoice, dated Dec. 1" addressed to West from Yiannopoulos "for $116,000."

The Daily Best reported on Monday that Yiannopoulos had been "fired from [West's] informal 2024 presidential campaign."

“Ye and I have come to the mutual conclusion that I should step away from his political team,” Yiannopoulos told the outlet. “I will continue to pray for Ye and all his endeavors.”
