Kari Lake files election integrity case with the Arizona Supreme Court

Former GOP Arizona Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake announced Wednesday that she had filed her election integrity case with the Arizona Supreme Court. 

"We filed our Historic Election Integrity case with the Arizona Supreme Court," Lake tweeted Wednesday. "Pray for our Attorneys. Pray for the Judges. Pray for Justice. Pray for America."

Since losing to current Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, Lake has contested the results of the 2022 election in court, arguing that thousands of Republican voters were disproportionately disenfranchised on Election Day, when voting machine errors occurred in at least 60% of the voting centers in Maricopa County.

Lake vowed to appeal to the state's top court after losing at the appellate level.

The appeals court ruling determined that voters were able to cast their ballots and votes were counted properly.

"Evidence ultimately supports the conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies the election results," the ruling reads.

"They sabotaged Election Day by intentionally printing out the wrong image on Election Day ballots, which caused the tabulator machines to jam in 60% of locations, and a quarter of a million ballots were spit out and unable to be read by the tabulators," Lake said on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show last month.
