Former U.S. Attorney: Legally, case against Trump wouldn’t hold up in court
Guy Lewis, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, said that there would have to be evidence that President Trump “knew about it, orchestrated it, encouraged” the Capitol riot for him to be guilty of the insurgency charge.
