US economy adds 151K jobs in February, unemployment rate at 4.1% , Labor Department

The numbers are slightly higher but consistent with Wall Street projects of 160,000 jobs and 4% unemployment.

The U.S. economy in February added 151,000 jobs in February, the Labor Department reported Friday.

The department's Bureau of Labor Statistics report also shows the unemployment rate last month was 4.1%, up from 4% in January.

The numbers are slightly higher but consistent with Wall Street projects of 160,000 jobs and 4% unemployment.
