Trump suggests Obama, Biden, Comey should apologize to Flynn after court says end his case

President Trump is suggesting that former President Obama and others in his administration apologize to former national security adviser Michael Flynn after a federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered the presiding judge to effectively end the case.
Flynn had reached a deal with a federal prosecutor in which he pleaded guilty to making false statements in connection with a now-discredited FBI probe into whether the 2016 Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
However, Flynn attempted to vacate his plea earlier this year after the release of declassified documents showed the FBI agents had broken protocol in interviewing him about conversations with the U.S. ambassador to Russia.
“Is James Comey and his band of Dirty Cops going to apologize to General Michael Flynn (and many others) for what they have done to ruin his life? What about Robert Mueller and his Angry Democrat Cronies - Are they going to say, SO SORRY? And what about Obama & Biden?,” Trump tweeted Wednesday.
Attorney General William Barr asked the presiding judge, Emmett Sullivan, to end the Justice Department case. Sullivan instead asked a retired judge to review the case before making a decision on Barr's request. Sullivan prior to Wednesday's court ruling had scheduled a July hearing as the next step in the matter.
