Biden has the lowest approval rating of his term as he's about to exit office: poll

As President Joe Biden is about to leave the White House, his approval rating is at its lowest it's been, according to a CNN poll.

The poll shows that 36% of Americans approve of how Biden handled his term as president overall.

When it comes to individual issues such as the economy and the immigration, 31% of people said he did well with immigration while 33% said he did well on the economy.

The poll shows that Biden has a 58% disapproval rating while first lady Jill Biden has a 31% disapproval rating.

Those polled said that among Democrats, Biden has a disapproval rating of 71%.

The survey was conducted between Jan. 9-12 and surveyed 1,205 adults. It had a margin of sampling error of +/-3.2 percentage points.
