Los Angeles police arrest arson suspect in Woodland Hills: Report
KTLA reported that residents who saw the suspect held him down until police came to the scene and handcuffed him.
An arson suspect was arrested Thursday night near the Kenneth Fire area as firefighters tried containing flames near homes in Calabasas and West Hills, according to KTLA.
The man attempted to light the fire in Woodland Hills at around 4:30 p.m.
