The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was cleared of doing anything wrong regarding an investigation into bias against President Donald Trump.

The FEMA probe was investigating whether there was intentional bias against Trump supporters by a federal employee in Florida during Hurricane Milton.

The information about the probe released Monday “found no evidence that this was a systemic problem, nor that it was directed by agency or field leadership," according to The Hill.

The probe resulted from a case in which Florida sued former FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell and employee, Marn’i Washington. Both parties have agreed to settle.

Florida GOP Sen. Ashley Moody accused Criswell of refusing to give Trump supporters relief during the hurricane.

“While the facts will continue to come out over the weeks and months, it is already clear that Defendant Washington conspired with senior FEMA officials, as well as those carrying out her orders, to violate the civil rights of Florida citizens,” Moody's November complaint reads.
