Saudi Arabia’s crown prince has told President Donald Trump the kingdom wants to invest $600 billion in the U.S. over the next four years.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman made the comment in a phone call with Trump, the state-run Saudi Press Agency reported early Thursday.

“The crown prince affirmed the kingdom’s intention to broaden its investments and trade with the United States over the next four years, in the amount of $600 billion, and potentially beyond that,” the agency reports.

Such an offer underscored the new administration’s close ties to the rulers of the oil-rich Gulf states. Trump has also pursued deals across the region, according to the Associated Press.
