Trump administration sued multiple times over DOGE after swearing-in

President Trump's new “Department of Government Efficiency” (DOGE) was sued three times following his swearing-in ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda.

The lawsuits are led by Public Citizen, the American Public Health Association and National Security Counselors.

The three lawsuits were filed in D.C.’s federal district court, alleging DOGE isn't in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA).
