A New York judge ruled that a Department of Government Efficiency employee can access sensitive Treasury data after meeting certain requirements. Judge Jeannette A. Vargas wrote in an opinion on Friday that Ryan Wunderly, a DOGE worker, would be able to access sensitive payment and data systems after completing the same training for Treasury employees and submitting a financial disclosure report.
