House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., is pressing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to disclose her correspondence with former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who was a star witness for the Jan. 6 Select Committee.

Hutchinson, assistant to Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, testified during a public hearing before the Select Committee in June 2022.

According to the chairman's office, the subcommittee "recently obtained information that the Fulton County DA's Office attempted to contact Cassidy Hutchinson to seek her testimony" and reached out to her mother.

"The Subcommittee previously discovered a letter from Fulton County DA Willis to the Select Committee from 2021 where Willis requested access to any Select Committee records relevant to the Fulton County DA's Office investigation into President Trump's action to challenge the 2020 presidential election," according to a news release sent out on Thursday. "It has been reported the Select Committee complied with the request, and had multiple meetings and phone calls with the Fulton County DA's Office."

Loudermilk requested on Tuesday that Alyssa Farah Griffin, former White House director of Strategic Communication and co-host on ABC's The View, provide her communications with the Democrat-led House Select Committee on Jan. 6 and Hutchinson.
