Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Tuesday morning accused New York City Mayor Eric Adams of organizing a counter protest to stop her pro-Donald Trump rally outside the Manhattan courthouse in which the former president will be arraigned later in the day.

The firebrand congresswoman's 10:30 a.m. protest lasted about 10 minutes, before counter-protesters drowned her out with whistles being handed out to the crowd.

"He sent them, and I fully believe that," Greene said on the "Bannon War Room" TV show on Real America's Voice. "He should never have done that."

On Monday, Adams, a Democrat, publicly warned Greene and others to be on their "best behavior" if and when they come to New York to protest what they consider a politically motivated case against Trump in connection with hush money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniel in 2016 over an alleged affair.

"People like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is known to spread misinformation and hate speech, while you’re in town, be on your best behavior," Adams said. "Control yourselves,” he later said after referring to Greene as a rabble rouser. “New York City is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger."

Greene told show host Steve Bannon she has never committed violence or a crime and called out the mayor for how he treated her.

"A mayor of a city is supposed to welcome members of Congress and to make sure they're safe," Greene said. "They do not warn them and do not treat them the way he treated me. He threatened me and I believe it was a dog whistle to the radical left here in New York City-sending them here to our peaceful protest."

The mayor's office is expected to give a response soon.
