UNICEF: At least 501 children have been killed in Ukraine since war began

Catherine Russell, Executive Director of the United Nations Children’s Fund, said in a tweet Monday that at least 501 children had been killed in Ukraine since Russia launched its invasion in February 2022. Russell added the actual figure is “likely far higher.”
