Tristan Leavitt addresses probe into Office of Special Counsel for alleged whistleblower retaliation

Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt says the Department of Justice’s Office of Special Counsel should have publicly corrected Special Counsel David Weiss’s misleading statements about IRS whistleblowers Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley. House Republicans announced Monday they are investigating the OSC over allegations of retaliation against the IRS whistleblowers for their disclosures about Hunter Biden’s tax evasion case.
