Russian President Putin claims Ukraine is planning false-flag dirty bomb

Despite thinly veiled threats to the contrary, the Russian President insisted on Thursday that Russia never intentionally threatened the use of nuclear weapons. He warned that the West is playing a dangerous and bloody game in Ukraine and is making this the most dangerous decade since World War Two.
