Tropical Storm Florita exits the Philippines on Wednesday. Tropical Storm Florita has left the Philippines and is now heading in a west northwest direction, according to the a bulletin from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday morning.
