Mike Pence ordered to testify in January 6 probe

A federal judge has ordered former Vice President Mike Pence to testify before a grand jury regarding former President Donald Trump’s alleged efforts surrounding the January 6 riot. The court is interested in conversations Pence had with Trump leading up to the capitol attack. A source reports the judge will allow Pence to not answer questions regarding his actions on January 6.
