Japanese PM returns to campaign trail following explosion at event

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has returned to the campaign trail after he was evacuated from a venue when an explosion went off on Saturday. The blast was heard as he was set to give a speech to supporters. Police arrested a man suspected of throwing a device at the scene. Public broadcaster NHK reports that the prime minister was not harmed.
