ICC conducts investigation into war crimes in Sudan

The International Criminal Court has initiated a new investigation into alleged war crimes in Sudan's Darfur region, following the discovery of a mass grave with 87 bodies. The ICC's Chief Prosecutor called for urgent action, stating that Sudan is facing a catastrophic situation, with reports of sexual violence and numerous casualties, warning that history could repeat itself as Sudan was previously gripped by genocide 20 years ago.
