Biden calls Live Nation’s ticket price transparency pledge a ‘win for consumers’

Live Nation Entertainment, the parent company of Ticketmaster, announced a pledge Thursday morning to list the full price of online event tickets up front rather than tack on “hidden” fees at checkout. At a White House event Thursday afternoon highlighting the Biden administration’s efforts to end additional fees, President Biden called Live Nation’s pledge “proof that our crackdown on junk fees has real momentum.”
