Attorney of the police officer involved in the death of Tyre Nichols releases statement

Desmond Mills, Jr. reported to the scene of the traffic stop later than the other officers on January 7th, 2023. His attorney, Blake Ballin, said his client’s vision was impaired by pepper spray and questions still remain on whether or not Mills’ actions "crossed the lines that were crossed by other officers" during the confrontation.
