Trump spokeswoman Liz Harrington predicts Biden won't be the Democrat nominee for president in 2024
The Trump spokeswoman said that Biden does not have the support behind him to be the nominee
Former President Donald Trump's spokeswoman said Tuesday that she doesn't think Biden will be the Democrat nominee for the 2024 presidential election.
"I don't," Harrington answered on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show when asked if she thinks Biden will be the nominee. "I still just don't see it. I really don't."
President Joe Biden announced that he and Vice President Kamala Harris are running for reelection in 2024 in a campaign video.
He said in the launch video that he is "in a battle for the soul of America" as "MAGA extremists are lining up" to take away Americans' basic freedoms, referring to supporters of former President Donald Trump. The video also featured footage from the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
"The American people want President Trump to run," said Harrington. "Just look at the rallies. Look at his polling and the GOP primary. Look at his popular support. It's unbelievable. It's the highest it's ever been."
Harrington said that the support is just not there for President Biden.
"Joe Biden can't even get Democrats to say they want him to run again," she continued. "It's just not feasible. How are they going to sell this next election?"
