DeSantis loses endorsement of New Hampshire state representative to Trump
"We can’t expect someone to run the country if they can’t properly run their own campaign launch," says State Rep. Panek
Republican State Rep. Sandra Panek of New Hampshire, who had announced support for Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) for president, has changed course and endorsed former President Donald Trump.
“After being less than impressed with Ron DeSantis’s official announcement last night, I am hereby switching my endorsement to President Donald J. Trump,” Panek said in a press release distributed by the Trump campaign. “We can’t expect someone to run the country if they can’t properly run their own campaign launch.”
DeSantis formally announced his candidacy during a Twitter Space event with Twitter CEO Elon Musk. There were technical issues during the announcement.
