Trump visits headquarters to thank staff for hard reelection work
During his visit he said he does not have an acceptance or concession speech written yet.
President Trump made a quick visit Tuesday afternoon to his campaign headquarters in northern Virginia where he thanked his staff for their dedicated work in his reelection bid and told reporters he does not have an acceptance speech nor a concession speech written yet.
“I’m not thinking about concession speech or acceptance speech yet," Trump said. "Hopefully, we’ll be only doing one of those two. And you know, winning is easy, losing is never easy – not for me, it’s not."
The president has held many rallies in the final days of campaigning. And in a short speech at the headquarters he credited staffers for their hard work. He said the whole world is waiting to find out the election night results and that he expects to know the return numbers possibly tonight “depending possibly on the extent of victory."
