Former President Donald Trump has "no plans" to participate in the Manhattan district attorney's grand jury probe into an alleged hush money scheme involving adult film actress Stormy Daniels, Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina said Monday.

"We have no plans on participating in that proceeding," Tacopina told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Monday. "Decisions need to be made still. There's been no deadline set, so we'll wait and see."

Prosecutors invited Trump last week to testify about his non-disclosure agreement with Daniels.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has spent years investigating Trump's $130,000 payment to Daniels.

Another Manhattan district attorney probe resulted in the Trump Organization being found guilty of criminal tax fraud late last year.

Trump's attorney has said the investigations are politically motivated.
