The House Judiciary Committee on Friday announced that it would hold a "field hearing" in Wisconsin next week, that focuses on the border crisis under the Biden-Harris administration.

The field hearing will take place at a federal courthouse in Milwaukee on Wednesday, at 10 a.m. Eastern. No witnesses have been announced so far.

"The field hearing, 'The Biden-Harris Border Crisis: Wisconsin Perspectives,' will examine the effects of the current southwest border crisis on Wisconsin's residents and communities," the committee said in an announcement.

The hearing is part of the committee's ongoing efforts to shed light on the impact of the immigration crisis at the U.S. southern border. The committee, chaired by Ohio GOP Rep. Jim Jordan, has already released multiple reports on the topic.
